About

After relocating to the city from a small country town in 1993, I commenced work as a receptionist in a Newcastle law firm. I moved up through the ranks quickly to a legal secretary/conveyancing assistant. I then commenced studying externally through Southern Cross University.

Once I finished my studies, I proudly became one of the first licenced conveyancers in Newcastle in 1998 and commenced working for, what was then, the largest conveyancing firm in New South Wales. I worked my way up to a branch manager where I gained a lot of experience for close to 10 years.

After having my two beautiful daughters very close in age, I grabbed all my passion and experience in conveyancing with both hands to open my own business from home – Kerry Martin Conveyancing was launched in 2009.

My goal has been to provide a quality conveyancing service, with affordable fees and minimal inconvenience. I take pride in making myself available after hours to my valued clients and provide a personal and professional service.
